1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TIXARENA platform (website, mobile app, or any related services), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

TIXARENA reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Description of Services

TIXARENA is an event ticketing and social platform that enables:

• Purchasing tickets for events (concerts, festivals, theater, sports, cinema, parties, and more)
• Creating and managing events (for registered producers)
• Social features (TIXARENA Social arenas for meeting people at events)
• Digital wallet (TixWallet) for cashback, gift cards, and transfers
• Artist and venue directories

TIXARENA acts as an intermediary between event organizers and ticket buyers. Each event is the sole responsibility of its organizer.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old (or the legal age in your country) to create an account.

4. Event Organizer Terms

Event organizers who publish events on TIXARENA agree to:

• Provide accurate event information (date, time, venue, description, pricing)
• Honor all tickets sold through the platform
• Comply with local laws regarding events, licenses, and permits
• Handle customer service related to the event experience
• Pay applicable service fees as agreed upon registration

TIXARENA may remove events or suspend organizer accounts that violate these terms or receive repeated complaints.

5. Ticket Purchases

All ticket purchases are subject to availability. Prices are set by event organizers and may include service fees charged by TIXARENA.

Once a purchase is confirmed, the ticket is delivered electronically. Tickets are non-transferable unless the event organizer explicitly allows transfers.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on TIXARENA (logos, design, code, text, images) is the property of TIXARENA TECNOLOGIA LTDA or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Event organizers retain ownership of their event content (descriptions, images) but grant TIXARENA a license to display and promote it on the platform.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the platform for illegal activities
• Reselling tickets at inflated prices (scalping) unless permitted by the organizer
• Creating fake events or fraudulent listings
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Attempting to bypass security measures or access restricted areas
• Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools without authorization

8. Limitation of Liability

TIXARENA is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of events listed on the platform. Each event is the sole responsibility of its organizer.

TIXARENA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

9. Governing Law

For users in Brazil: These terms are governed by Brazilian law, and disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fortaleza, Ceará, Brazil.

For users in the European Union: These terms comply with applicable EU consumer protection laws, and you may resolve disputes through your local consumer protection authority.

For all other jurisdictions: These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, unless local law provides otherwise.
