1. For Ticket Buyers

When you purchase a ticket on TIXARENA, the final price may include:

• Ticket price: Set by the event organizer
• Service fee: A percentage-based fee charged by TIXARENA for platform services, payment processing, and customer support

The total price (ticket + service fee) is always displayed clearly before you confirm your purchase. There are no hidden fees.

2. For Event Organizers

TIXARENA charges organizers a commission on each ticket sold. The commission structure is:

• Commission rates are agreed upon during organizer registration
• Rates may vary based on event volume, category, and partnership level
• Commission is deducted from the ticket price before payout
• Creating an account and listing events is free — you only pay when you sell

3. Free Events

Listing free events (R$0 / $0 tickets) on TIXARENA is completely free. No service fees are charged to attendees or organizers for free events.

4. Payment Processing

Payment processing fees are included in the TIXARENA service fee. Supported payment methods vary by country:

• Brazil: Credit/debit cards, PIX
• International: Credit/debit cards via Stripe
• TixWallet: Balance from cashback or transfers

5. Payouts to Organizers

• Payouts are processed after the event takes place
• Organizers can configure their bank account in the producer dashboard
• Payout timelines vary by country and payment method
• Detailed financial reports are available in the producer dashboard

6. Affiliate Commissions

TIXARENA affiliates earn commissions on ticket sales made through their referral links. Commission rates and terms are detailed in the Affiliate Program page.
