TIXARENA is a global community of event enthusiasts. We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for everyone — attendees, organizers, artists, and venue partners.
2. Code of Conduct
All users must:
- Treat other users with respect and courtesy
- Provide accurate information in profiles, event listings, and communications
- Respect the intellectual property of others
- Follow the specific rules of each TIXARENA Social arena
- Report violations instead of retaliating
3. Prohibited Behavior
The following is strictly prohibited on TIXARENA:
- Harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation of any kind
- Hate speech, discrimination, or content promoting violence
- Sharing sexually explicit content or soliciting sexual services
- Impersonating other users or public figures
- Spam, unsolicited advertising, or repetitive messaging
- Creating fake profiles or using the platform under false pretenses
- Sharing personal information of others without consent
4. TIXARENA Social Arena Rules
Additional rules for TIXARENA Social features:
- Kiss Arena: Respectful dating interactions only. No unsolicited explicit content.
- Party Arena: Friendly group interactions. No exclusionary behavior.
- Networking Arena: Professional conduct expected. No unsolicited sales pitches.
- Cinema Arena: Genuine companionship. No commercial solicitation.
5. Anti-Fraud Measures
TIXARENA implements the following measures to protect our community:
- Producer verification process before events can be published
- Automated detection of fraudulent listings and suspicious activity
- Secure payment processing with fraud detection
- QR code-based ticket validation to prevent counterfeiting
- Account monitoring for unusual behavior patterns
6. How to Report Violations
If you encounter behavior that violates these guidelines:
- In-app: Use the report button on any profile, message, or event
- Email: Contact seguranca@tixarena.com
- Urgent safety concerns: Contact local authorities first, then notify us
All reports are reviewed within 24 hours. We take every report seriously and maintain confidentiality.
7. Consequences of Violations
Depending on the severity of the violation, consequences may include:
- Warning and content removal
- Temporary suspension of account features
- Permanent account termination
- Reporting to law enforcement (for illegal activity)
